I recently went on a 2D1N staycation from June 1–2 with a friend, and what was supposed to be a relaxing 訂房網站 turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience.
We initially booked a Studio Twin Suite at Signata Genting Highlands via 訂房網站. Upon arriving around 3:00 p.m., we were met with a long queue at reception. After waiting 15 minutes, we were told there was an overbooking issue and no room could be assigned to us. The receptionist asked us to “wait a while,” so we toured the hotel facilities for two hours. When we returned, the issue was still unresolved, and Signata staff gave no alternative or compensation.
At this point, 訂房網站 was the only party that actively helped us. I contacted their support team, and to their credit, they responded quickly and professionally. They offered to relocate us to another hotel. The first option was acceptable but unfortunately already fully booked. The second alternative was:
7Stonez Suites Windmill Genting Highlands (5.5km away)
Room: 1-Bedroom Deluxe King Suite with Balcony (53㎡, no breakfast)
This came with an additional charge of RM70.43, which we agreed to and paid.
Unfortunately, this turned out to be a major downgrade in both service and quality.
When we arrived at 7Stonez, we experienced:
• A horrible check-in process that took 1 hour 15 minutes
• Unresponsive staff – the only way to reach them was via WhatsApp, and most calls were brushed off with vague “I’ll check” responses before they hung up
• A room in terrible condition – stains on the walls, sofa, bed, and ceiling
• No towels provided – we were told they’d arrive in 15 minutes; after waiting an hour, we were told to collect them ourselves from another room
• And worst of all, no air-conditioning, which we were not informed about prior to the move. We only realized this after entering the unit and receiving the booking confirmation (which was only provided after the payment)
This entire experience was unacceptable. Not only was our original booking mishandled by Signata, but the relocation by 7Stonez was poorly executed and misleading. We paid extra only to get worse service and a dirty, uncomfortable room.
Would not recommend either Signata Genting Highlands or 7Stonez Suites. If you’re looking for a proper stay in Genting Highlands, please choose other options.

The 訂房網站 was bad. Not sure if the operator 7 Stonz was bad or the unit owner was at fault. Room not clean. Pipes to bathroom washbasin was clogged and took ages to discharge .Cobweb found around toilet area and around the room.The booking stated 2 King Size bed however when we arrived it was only Queen size. Plug points damaged. Slidingdoor lock to the balcony damaged as well as window lock.Bath towel stained. Overall bad experience with disappointment and the room had a bad odour.

First time self check in. Overall the room is cleaned. New design. But got smelling at toilet and quite noisy from others room coz the talking so loudly.

Service very bad, can't call only via chat in Whatsapp, no air-conditioning only fan, television can't open, no fridge, room very small, hard to do self check-in, really not recommend this place.

No hot water at masterbed room
i was asked to wait for technician to repair
after waited for 1 hr, which my family went shopping, i was told that they cant repair on that night, waiting for spare part.
this mean that they know hot water is not functioning, but still give us the room

Гостиница понравилась. Номера большие и чистые. Особо понравился бассейн на крыше на 41 этаже с подогреваемой водой. Неудобство доставила только необходимость регистрации в лобби в другом здании. Мы немного поблуждали прежде, чем нашли свою стоянку и номер.
